Neutral Nursery Reveal

[ann]Crib | Prints | Glider  | ChandelierLampRug | Basket[/ann]

After much anticipation, I am so overly excited to share our neutral nursery with you!  Creating the space that our son will come home to has been nothing short of surreal, and getting the opportunity to share it with you just makes me so much more excited!  My whole idea behind the design and feel of this room was just for it to be super cozy.  I knew I wanted to go the neutral route because I am not the biggest fan of blue nurseries and the rest of our house is pretty neutral.  And this way, I can use the furniture for future babies regardless of what gender they are.

The exact crib, dresser, bedding, and bookcase are from RH Baby & Child, but I found extremely similar options at much better price points that I linked!

The focal wall of his nursery are the baby animal prints above his crib.  I loved how neutral they were and felt like they added a tiny bit of color without being too much 😉.  My mom and dad gave us this glider as a gift for our baby shower, and it is so comfy!  I know I will spend hours here with my little guy when he arrives; rocking him, feeding him, and reading books!  I can’t even wait!  I got this side table from Target to put next to it for books and Diet Cokes for under $40!  I also found this lamp that is perfect for the space and under $100.

His changing table and dresser are a combo, and I am so excited about this Hatch Baby Grow changing pad/scale I got!  It connects to an app that tracks their weight, how many ounces they eat, diaper changes, etc.  All the things a new mom needs to know!  I also got this Hatch Baby Rest nightlight/sound machine at my shower and I have heard so many great things about it.

One of the most asked questions I got when I shared this on my Story was about the drawer organizers.  In the top two shallow drawers, I am storing things like nail clippers, FridaBaby Windi’s and NoseFrida, diaper cream, socks, and other necessities.  I used these shallow organizers and they fit perfectly!  In the drawers below, I am storing his clothes separated by size in these organizers from Amazon.

Daniel and I have both are really excited to read to our kids and have made it a goal to do so every day!  When we decided that, I knew I wanted to have a bookcase in our nursery to store books on, as well as cute toys and his adorable little shoes!  We filled the top shelf with books we got from my baby shower and then added these little baskets from Target to the bottom shelf to hold little toys and teethers for later on!

I absolutely love this space because of how cozy and calming it is, and at night I sometimes will sit in his glider just waiting for him to arrive!  Can’t wait to bring him home to this space and spend so many hours in here snuggling him!

I adore this nursery and currently working on my own. I’m LOST! Where is the dresser from? I like all the drawers, I’m on the shorter side so have to be aware of dresser height.

Hi Dee! The right side of the changing table has a little bin with diapers, a wipe warmer, a set of beautiful essential oil blends that I was gifted at my shower, and the Hatch Baby Rest light.
